I used about a cup of left over brown rice, about a cup and a half of vanilla rice milk, lots of honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Added all ingredients back into rice cooker, stirred and set it to cooking again.
My first try the rice was still too chewy for my taste, but was YUMMY! I want to try adding cardamom next time, and Angela suggested chocolate milks (rice or almond I would guess would be best).
Now, to be honest, I am just making this for myself, LMAO! My kids are not rice pudding fans at all. But I figure if I make it with out cow's milk, it's better for me and if Jack wants some, he can have some :)
