S'mores Science!!
We made s'mores in the oven to show how the carbon in sugar turns brown when exposed to heat. Danielle made observations every minute and recorded how the marshmallows changed color and shape.
Sadly there are no pictures of the completed s'mores, as they were eaten up so fast I didn't have a chance to grab my camera!!
