I need some new blogs for my reader, and tweets for my twitter..

I don't want to sound negative, because in truth, I don't mean it to be a negative. But I NEED some more non-christian homeschoolers to read about! No offense to the christian homeshoolers, I read LOTS of your blogs, and tons of your tweets, but when it comes down to it, I need to read about more people like me! And I am just not finding them....

SOO, if you know an AWESOME pagan, atheist, agnostic or otherwise non-christian homeschool blog or twitter'r to follow, leave me a comment or tweet me @spookygirl I wanna hear about them!!

Thanks! And don't worry, I have only purged a few people from my reader or twitterstream for being christian, and it was only people who really, really deserved it.

when i start homeschooling, i'll fit the bill. i mean, according to the books, i am already homeschooling, but my oldest is only 3. so i don't really have much experience to blog about just yet. i can't wait to feel like an official homeschooler. right now i have no idea what to say to people who assume i will be sending my boys to school. i just smile & nod. but i feel like i should be speaking up for my ideals & what i believe in. & my husband expects to see "progress"--report cards maybe??--before he believes that i'm actually doing anything. i like the living life to learn approach. i don't like drilling finian on his abc's. from what i read that's not the best approach anyway. so i am still in the beginning stages. once i'm going better & stronger, i'll start a new blog about it. my current blog is mostly full of my neurotic crap right now--it'll be nice to start a new one for focus on parenting & homeschooling!!

I really hope you have subscribed to me. Because I LOVE your blog. And even though I'm taking a wee break...I am so far from Christian....well....I would love for you to come over and read me once in a while! :)

Did I beg well enough?

I get what you are saying. I definitely find that I relate better to fellow Pagan homeschoolers or people of non-monotheistic paths.

I would assume that most of who I know you would already be reading. I like Dawn at Day by Day Discoveries and just perusing her blogrolls and their blogrolls will probably yield some interesting blogs.

You might also peruse homeschooljournal.net. Lots of blogs over there, and most of the Christians I know who are there are there because they left HSB after the whole Pearl thing, so you may find them more "palatable." Or whatever you want to call it. :)
