My most embarassing exercise moment..
Well, actually, as it's an ongoing problem for me :) I have a bad habit of singing along with my IPod ;) It usually starts out me just lip syncing, then whispering, on and on till I am singing loudly, LOL!! Lucky for me, I don't work out in gyms, but it's rather embarrassing when I am out walking in the neighborhood, LOL!!

That makes me glad not to have an iPod, I would definitely be doing the same area.
That's funny! I could totally see myself doing that. It's just so fun to sing along...
that's funny, i have to catch myself too! sometimes i don't even know i'm doing it!
What's really bad is I do the same thing at work....:o)
