Not everything worked out as planned last week, but isn't that always the case?? My baked Mac N Cheese was not well received, in fact DH is the only one who ate it :( So, I have a few left over plans from last week, carried over to this week, LOL!!
- Corned Beef and Cabbage (per DH's request)
- Cheesy Enchilada Chowder
- Chicken Casserole Without the poppy seeds :)
- Chicken strips and Mac N Cheese w/brussels sprouts
- Lemon Chicken and Rice
- Cream Cheese Chicken over Noodles

Your menu looks tasty! I don't know what it is about baked mac and cheese, but I can never get the consistency right and I just don't like it!
