Sorry to leave all my faithful readers hanging..

after my last post, things have been rather tough around here, and I haven't had much time online. So, let me share with you why that was the worst night of my life!!

Jack-Jack went into Valley Children's for some dental surgery. He had one tooth removed and three teeth capped. That all went rather well, and we came home. Jack slept most of the day, which was good, because DH and I didn't sleep most of the night before, so I got to catch up a bit on sleep. When he woke up he had a little fever, and I called the nurse and she said that wasn't unusual, and to give him Tylenol.

Later Friday night, Jack came up with a HUGE rash across his torso. It was after hours for the surgery nurses, so I called his Dentist who did the surgery to see if he was given any antibiotics (sister is allergic and gets EXACTLY the same rash). His dentist said no, and even called the anesthesiologist to make sure he didn't give any. Nope, can't trace any antibiotics from his surgery that day. Weird, must be something from anesthesia that he's allergic to. Give him Benadryl, and he does better.

That night is very rough, he can't sleep because of pain or itching or whatever, and then round about 1am Clovis PD has a helicopter circling our apartment complex!! And from 2:30-3ish, they are shining the lights in our yard over and over. So here I am, walking a cranky baby, while terrified that there is some psycho killer hiding in my backyard! The noise was scary, and being alone was scary plus there are policemen with flashlights and dogs outside! Suddenly right around 3:30 they all disappeared. Needless to say, I had a tough time getting any rest after that!

So that my friends was why is was the worst night of my life!
