This is one completed felted wool ball. Made from Wool Roving from Peace Fleece. I split a kit in two, and made two balls. Danielle helped out with this one.
This is the second half of the kit, still in progress. Final ball was about 3/4 this size. I felted them by hand, with hot water, liquid soap and lots and lots of rollling between my hands and on my jeans, LOL!
I found the best way to do it, once it was starting to felt, was to sit on the couch, watch TV, and roll it on my pants leg. Yes, my pants got very wet in the process, but it saved the pressure and itchy wool on both my hands....
