I made them with the Pampered Chef pastry decorating bags. I just made the pattern in pancake batter on the skillet first, let it cook for a minute before adding a scoop (I use a scooper for my pancake batter) of batter over the top covering the pattern over. When you flip them over, you get the cute pattern on top ;) The kids LOVED them ;0)
